Kia ora
A proposed Terms of Settlement offer has been received today from Te Whatu Ora to settle your Collective Agreement. This is the first formal offer that has been received from Te Whatu Ora since June last year. It follows a week of engagement and bargaining last week.
It is now time for members to collectively make the decision about whether the offer is accepted or rejected through a ratification ballot.
Your bargaining team is now reviewing and checking the offer documentation. This is expected to take a few days.
In addition we will immediately begin making preparations for the following:
- Briefings for delegates about the offer.
- Member meetings in person and online to discuss the offer to get underway next week.
- An online ratification ballot to be held from 11 May closing at 5pm on 15 May.
More details on the proposed Terms of Settlement offer and meetings will follow soon.
Ngā mihi,
