Kia ora Member,

Following member meetings to provide an update on progress in bargaining, your bargaining team sought direction from members about next steps.

That survey closed at 5pm today, with members providing a strong direction for your bargaining team.

Members have made it clear that the bargaining team should continue to press for our claims in bargaining and continue to campaign to support achieving those claims.

To do so we will need to maintain pressure when needed through industrial and political action.

Your bargaining team is bargaining again on Thursday and Friday this week and will take this mandate into those negotiations. Meanwhile, we will continue to plan more industrial action and more rounds of bargaining if this proves necessary.

A full update will be provided to members following this week's bargaining.
