Your bargaining team attended another day of negotiations yesterday, Tuesday 31 March.
During the bargaining process Te Whatu Ora outlined their position in a proposed Terms of Settlement. A valuable conversation was had about this yesterday. NZNO relayed its position in response to various issues raised in the proposed Terms of Settlement, particularly around safe staffing.
As a result of yesterday's negotiations, a process has been agreed between the parties to continue discussions around safe staffing.
To further this, a subcommittee of the bargaining team will meet with the employer over the two week period from 8 April. Members will be updated following this.
